BA, D2, SM/SMA & SMC Connector Range

BA Range

BA Range

High Voltage Connectors with 7 and 15 contacts dia 0.062.

The extremely compact lightweight construction of these high voltage plug and socket connectors makes them ideal for use in power control and communications circuits, particularly in aircraft applications. D.A.P. mouldings provide high arc resistance, and high dielectric and mechanical strength. The non-rotating contacts are gold plated to provide low contact resistance, to prevent corrosion and to facilitate soldering.

Contact current rating is 13 amps.

D2 Range

D2 Range

Miniature Stackable 2-Pole Connector Units.

The basic unit can be supplied as a double-contact plug, a double-contact socket, or as a connector unit with one pin and one socket. Units can be stacked together and secured by a single 8 BA bolt or stud through the central hole to form a polarised multi contact connector of a size to suit local requirements; locating pips on the mouldings prevent the stacked units from twisting.

Contact current rating is 5 amps.

SM/SMA Range

SM/SMA Range

Connectors with 1, 2 and 3 contacts.

A range of robust sub-miniature connectors having up to three contacts for limited space use in aircraft, portable equipment and instrumentation applications. The mouldings are of D.A.P. which gives the range high arc resistance and high dielectric and mechanical strength. The spring-tempered, phosphor bronze contacts are gold plated for low contact resistance, easy soldering and proof against corrosion. Either plug or socket can be mounted to chassis or bulkhead and there is a choice of six coloured discs for identification purposes. The connector hoods, illustrated, are equally suitable for plugs or sockets. The connectors can be supplied in black or blue.

Contact current rating varies from 3 to 12 amps.

SMC Range

SMC Range

Sub-Miniature 3-way Connectors.

An extremely compact sub-miniature 3-way connector available in black or white suitable for panel mounting or as a free link. Plug and socket mouldings are of low density polyethylene while the hood is of LDP. These connectors snap together firmly and are fully polarised. When used as a free link, hoods should be fitted to both plug and socket. This range can be supplied in sets or individual parts.

Contact current rating is 3 amps.
